On June 29-30, in the city of Telavi, the FIA’s Annual Offsite meeting was held. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the voice of the fintech sector and create a discussion among important players in the field. Additionally, professionals gathered at the event, contributing to the formation of new partnerships and connections.

About 30 member fintech companies of the Fintech Association of Georgia and partner organizations, including the National Bank of Georgia, the Banking Association of Georgia, the Ministry of Economy of Georgia, and the USAID Financial Innovation Program attended the event.

There was also a discussion on important issues such as the current challenges of fintech and opportunities to strengthen the sector. The topics included important processes taking place in the sector, both regulatory and business promotion programs of donor organizations.
